What is the return policy?
You must inform Mitchell Ogilvie of your intent to return the item/s for exchange or refund via email within 72 hours from the date of delivery. Please refer to the Return Authority form included in your shipment for further details.
The item/s must be returned to Mitchell Ogilvie within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns must be addressed to:

Mitchell Ogilvie is not responsible for return shipping costs.
All items for return must be in their original, unused condition, with all designer labels still attached to the item and any related accessories like box, dust bag, or authenticity card, included in the package. Proof of purchase must accompany the returning item/s.
Worn, damaged, soiled, altered, or incomplete returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your own expense.
Upon receipt and review of the returned item/s, Mitchell Ogilvie will be in communication with you via email and / or phone about your options for an exchange or refund.
Any refunds will be by the same means of payment used for the original purchase. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to process, depending on your financial institution.
All sale item transactions are final, and Mitchell Ogilvie does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit for sale merchandise.
A store credit for the item’s same value may be offered by Mitchell Ogilvie in its sole discretion where an item has been returned for refund outside the stipulated time frames above. A store credit will not be offered where any other condition of this Returns Policy is not met.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
Mitchell Ogilvie strongly recommends you return your item by registered mail such as Australia Post Express Post or FASTWAY Couriers, or a registered courier (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT), so your package can be tracked. Mitchell Ogilvie will not take responsibility for any undelivered merchandise.
If the conditions stipulated by Mitchell Ogilvie are not met, including timeframes, Mitchell Ogilvie has no obligation to refund, exchange or return the merchandise to you.
Merchandise that has been damaged or soiled in transit to Mitchell Ogilvie will not qualify for refund or exchange under this Returns Policy.
FAULTY ITEMS
We make the best efforts to quality control the item/s prior to dispatch. In the event that something is faulty or damaged, please contact Mitchell Ogilvie as soon as possible via email or phone.
Outside of the 14 day Returns Policy, refunds will only be given against goods with an apparent manufacturing fault deemed solely by the relevant manufacturer and will be subject to proof of purchase. Any refunds will be by the same means of payment used for the original purchase.
Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit, unless faulty.
Are any purchases final sale?
All sale item transactions are final, and Mitchell Ogilvie does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit for sale merchandise.
When will I get my order?
We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Your order will be express shipped to your location via Australia Post and delivered within the following 2-4 business days for areas within Australia Post’s express delivery network.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking link. This email will have been sent to the email address you entered in the checkout.
If you need assistance tracking your shipment, please email Mitchell Ogilvie at shop@mitchellogilvie.com and we will track the shipment for you and respond via email with the shipment status. We endeavour to respond to email correspondence within 24 hours of it being received.
All products purchased from the Mitchell Ogilvie online shop are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Mitchell Ogilvie. While we do endeavour to provide the best service possible, all delivery timeframes are approximate. In the event that your delivery has not been made within the timeframe specified above, we will make every effort to rectify the situation with Australia Post / DHL as soon as practically possible.
How much does shipping cost?
Mitchell Ogilvie offers complimentary express delivery on all full-priced merchandise delivered Australia-wide.
For sale merchandise, we offer a flat rate shipping charge of AUD $20.
For deliveries to New Zealand, we offer a flat rate shipping charge of AUD $40.
For International deliveries outside New Zealand, we offer a flat rate shipping charge of AUD $100.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do. For International deliveries, your package will be shipped to your location using the worldwide courier, DHL Express.

At Mitchell Ogilvie, the process begins with a private consultation, where our specialists guide you through fabric selections, styling details and custom finishes — from lining and lapels, to buttons, pockets, and monogramming. Your precise measurements are then taken, and your garment is created with meticulous attention to detail.
We offer three Made-To-Measure labels: Mitchell Ogilvie Tailoring, Canali, and Brioni Bespoke. Timings and pricing vary by label, with garments typically ready within 4–6 weeks. Your final fitting ensures a flawless result, with any adjustments expertly handled by our in-house tailors.
